My Favorite Blogger is Back!

Hello cyberspace!

SO I think God is making things happen for me and my friends. His blessings are truly everlasting! To start off, my good friend Amber is back to blogging and this time she is talking about the things she really loves: Weddings, design, fashion and everything Southern and chic!

So I recently found out I got Teach for America and more and more each day I want to take on this challenge and serve my community. Im currently obsessing over chic high rise apartments in the up and coming neighborhoods of Miami. While I try to pick out my potential new homes I can't help but check out new things that will fill it! Cute couches, embroidered linens, and everything contemporary chic! Here are some things that I absolutely want in my new pad that I can purchase on a budget thanks to Ikea Swedish makers.

Are you Jegging?

Sooo if you haven't heard of jeggings, then I don't know where you have been as of Fall 2009. This new hot item a mix of jeans and a must have legging are the new fashion rave. Celebrities like Rihanna, Beyonce and Whitney Port can be seen rocking them. Oxford Dictionary even has the word jegging on their waiting list for new dictionary words alongside "unfriend" and "stay cation". You can find a pair of these at H&M, Forever 21, American Apparel and I spotted them at Armani Exchange.

Please Pray for Haiti

I have not been on the blog scene for a verrrry long time. I figured I would start with a prayer for Haiti. I have friends who are playing the waiting game right now, waiting to hear back from their family members in Haiti. Please keep the people of Haiti on your minds for this week.
